		<description>If you looked at this logically, it makes perfect sense to get rid of all gas fueled and CO2 emission vehicles immediately. I'd follow that with allowing (and dealing with) car companies to charge a minimum fee (say a $1000) for new Green cars (Hydrogen fuel or electric...or the new air cars) when you trade in your Fossil fueled vehicle. At the same time, go green with energy, mass transportation, and try to find ways of curbing the CO2 pollution by somehow reversing their overwhelming presence and boom...back on track. 

Now if we could only get the politicians in on this...you know, without bathing in the blood of a million lobbyists.</description>
