I’ve started to notice a few other hiking blogs pop up here in Southern California, which is a great sign that people are out there enjoying our trails. Hopefully, it won’t get crowded enough that people will have to start putting up signs like this in our forests:

I agree.
When my friends and I head out to some of our favorite areas in Anza Borrego and they see more people than usual they always say “Did you post this hike to your blog?” .
They are half joking. :)
I usually won’t give away to much information usually because I think discovery is part of the excitement.
If people are willing to do the research to find a place and not have it handed to them then I think it is all the better IMO.
